Diligent Marketers with Obsession for Details

Nemanja’s coworkers call him “dad”.

They say he is a true ray of sunshine, which doesn’t surprise us since the man really loves summer and getting that vitamin D. He makes the best instant coffee in the office and he is always willing to make coffee for all of his co-workers who are in need of a caffeine rush.

Nemanja likes to use sweet talk when talking to us, so he calls all female co-workers “ Srce “ (heart) and all male co-workers “ Lepi” (handsome).

His co-workers love his sense of humor and they say he brightens their days. They describe him as a “ Simple man with high standards.”

Nemanja is very hardworking and we’re happy to have him.

Our Jelena is a strong and independent woman. She aims for her goals and doesn’t let anyone get in her way to success. Jeca and her husband Branko are true couple goals and we consider Branko a part of our Diligent family too.

She graduated University of Defectology, and she is in love with statistics and data.

When we play Settlers of Catan, she gets quite competitive and set on winning, which usually results in her winning the game.

Even though she’s working in PPC today, Nevena has an abundant history of interests and jobs! She graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Serbian language and literature. She was a professor and journalist and loves writing and reading. Nevena even wrote a monodrama. How amazing is that?!

Nevena entered the world of marketing through copywriting. She’s a creative soul, who loves humor, new ideas, and a proactive learning environment. And she’s always ready for a challenge, and that’s why today is a great PPC manager. World, bring it on! Nevena is ready for ya.

Besides enjoying coffee, beer, and whiskey, Luka would love to produce his beer one day. We know he’ll do great because we see him give a 💯% every day. As both a PPC and Web Analytics Specialist, Luka has a reputation for taking up and trying new things all the time. Did you know he tried three colleges and seven different sports? A true go-getter, we’re so proud to have him. You know Luka is somewhere in your surroundings if you hear a zingy ‘Yep!’

Aleksandar is one of our diligent team of specialists in the Web Analytics department. Before doing WA & Conversion Tracking, he worked in a bar but also owned a bar! He even worked on TV. Hello, multiskills! He exercises every day and eats boiled chicken and rice (even though he dislikes them both). We praise this type of discipline and dedication – it’s genuinely virtuous! He’s the same with his work, crunching up numbers & analytics stats 📊 Aleksandar loves reading and challenging his perspective through reading and watching movies. Such a wholesome dude 🙌

Jovana is the angel child of the office. We barely notice her, because she is so quiet and task focused.

In her free time you can find her watching Marvel movies and drinking dark beer.

There is nothing juicy to write about Jovana. Seriously.

Katarina is our content ball of fire! We almost don’t believe she isn’t a native English speaker because her ability to talk with every accent keeps us forever entertained. When she’s not acing her tasks, Kat loves immersing herself in gothic fiction – books, TV shows & movies full of darkness and glitter. She loves breaking down the plot and characters, and we totally love that for her. The team recognizes Kat by her impeccable style and how much the camera loves her! It must be because she doesn’t believe in being overdressed! We nicknamed her Kat, which is funny because it sounds exactly like her favorite animal 🐱.

Meet Mirna – the authentic artist of the Diligent team. Besides graduating from the Academy of Arts, our CRO designer finds her perfect working conditions in chaos! Creative chaos – as true artists would. It doesn’t make her any less productive or spotless in her work, but the exact opposite – it’s her power feature.

Serious about her work, but Mirna is that joking and humorous colleague. She enjoys making jokes about the world surrounding her as much as herself. Now that’s an awesome trait.

Always with a smile and a tune in her head, Mirna is whistling along. Luka N. is her team lead, and they’re a duo of invincible designers who can’t be tamed!

Our sole mission is to keep Miloš happy.

When we played a game called Mafia, nobody dared to kill him. You wouldn’t want to enrage the person who signs your paycheck, right? (But on the other hand, our CEO Igor was killed every time. Definitely something to think about).

Miloš has a brilliant detective mind. During the game, he went all Hercule Poirot on us and figured out who’s Mafia every time.

His archenemies are office printer and paper drill. He is so easily spooked, and that means that working in the same office with him is always super fun. Also, he’s an inexhaustible source of funny Youtube videos.
